Contractor Services

We provide our contractors with the best possible building products available at fair pricing. We deliver promptly with our courteous  yard sales force with state of the art equipment. We make ourselves available to the builder and his customer to help them both make the best decisions for their projects. We will work around your schedules to be there when you need us.

MATERIAL TAKE-OFFS

We can provide material take-offs on house plans and other types of projects. Depending on the workload and complexity of the project, the turnaround time and pricing varies. Most house plans are priced by the square foot. In addition in almost all cases, a full credit will be applied for the material take off if the material package is purchased from Kelseyville Lumber.

SPECIAL ORDERS

A large part of Kelseyville Lumber’s business is in special orders. Those include but are not limited to: windows, interior doors, exterior doors, engineered products  shingles, counter tops, etc. Doing special orders has become second nature to us. We make the special order procedure painless and pleasant.
